LANDSKRONA. 6 Aktier, Kr.600. black. No 2986-2991. Fold. Large format with superb vignette of a large railroad station and a train leaving it on the background. On the foreground, we see tens of people entering and leaving the station. The line linked the town of Landskrona (on the shores of the Öresund, in the Scania region) with the town of Eslöv, further inland. The line was opened in 1865 and Eslöv became a major railroad hub of Sweden. Remarkably, its station (as illustrated on the share) was popularly known as Eslöv'sbörs (stock exchange) as grain trading took place at the station. Surely one of the earliest Swedish railroad share and never before offered by us.
