5 Shares of 1000 MK. purple, black. No 132556-60. Polish Union of Industrialists Metal (PZPM). Nationwide professional association of entrepreneurs in big and medium metal industry, representing their economic interests against the government, and social workers, created in 1920. In 1938 PZPM members had approx. 360 factories. Dissolved by the Germans in 1939. Very striking art-déco design, with six vignettes of views inside the metal works, also trains, aircraft, oil-derricks and an underprint of a powerful industrial worker. A piece very much of its time.
