Damage at each end. The company was formed in 1906, and built a 24/28hp car, as made by Hermes in Liège, Belgium. In 1907 the companybecame a S.A., and with factories in Naples and Liège, might count as one of the first multinational carmakers. The company was financed by the wealthy Baron de Crawhez, who gained a reputation as a racing-driver. Although the cars were of modern designand excellent quality, the company was liquidated in 1908.
