This company was a joint-venture between the Michelin and Peugeot families, founded in 1899 with a capital of 200.000 fr. In 1903, the company capital was reduced to 120.000 fr. The business was first located on the 19, rue Blanche, then 22, Avenue de la Grande Armée and finally on 92, rue St. Lazare - all in Paris. Sometime after 1907, the company was taken over by Peugeot.
