Text in Russian and Polish (front), German and French (back). Founded 1877 and this is a share from the first issue, part of the founding capital of 1,5 mio. roubles. Decorative border with vignettes of various allegorical figures. This important cotton textile company was located in the city of Zawiercie, southern Poland and alongside the Warsaw-Vienna Railway. In 1894, the company premises were used by one of the first mass sit-in organised by the 1892 created and later very powerful Polish Socialist Party. In 1923, the company converted its capital from 3.375.000 roubles to 81 million Polish Marks. One of few Russian-Polish 19th century shares discovered. This founder share is certainly extremely rare.
