Interestingly for a provisional certificate, a stamp indicates that the share was taken out of circulation somewhere between 1850 and 1862. Issued to Adolphe Oppenheim-Emden (1793-1870), Brussels. He was an important banker, founding the Oppenheim-Emden Bank, co-founder of the Banque de Belgique, board member of the National Bank of Belgium, co-founder of the Université libre de Bruxelles, etc. Transfer notes on the back.Extremely rare.
