14	Polish Securities – Polskie Papiery Wartosciowe, 1994, Leslaw A. Paga & Leszek Kalkowski, 199p. A full colour book about Polish Scripophily written in Polish and English. Poland has some of the most beautiful shares throughout scripophily reflecting it’s rich pre-communist agro-industrial history. Remark that also a number of Tsarist “Russian” certificates are mentioned and pictured, reflecting the period of Russian occupation in the late 19^th and early 20^th century. 15	Gregor MacGregor, Cazique of Poyais (1786-1845), 1999, IBSS, Richard T. Gregg, 28p. A small but very interesting booklet about the famous Gregor MacGregor, a Scottsman who went to Central America, obtained a huge land grant from the local King of the Mosquito Indians and went to London selling the ‘land of the future’ to would-be colonists. Got interested? The rest is told very lively in this well-written book. Many black-white illustrations, and a table showing the different types of land grants issued by Gregor MacGregor. This splendid book, written by several academics, gives a detailed overview of the companies history and includes many illustrations including several share certificates. This was Belgian’s most important company over a time period of over 150 years. Telling the history of the Soc.
