PARIS. Action Nominative de F1000. black. No 128. Repaired left borders. Part of upper right corner missing. Thin paper. Interesting company name. In 1823 an assembly of leaders of all the Central American regions, in Guatemala City, declared independence as the United Provinces of Central America (also the Centro America Republic). After a very disturbed history, it disintegrated in the early 1840s into today's republics (except for Panama, which was part of Colombia until the early 20th century). Only piece we've ever seen from this country, of a good early date and extremely rare.
