The Union Minière was a very large company, formed in 1906, which developed the copper industry of Katanga into one of the world's largest mining concerns. A specimen printed by Bradbury, Wilkinson since this was a bond issue intended to be quoted on the London Stock Exchange. The loan was split into bonds of £20, £100 and £500. Never seen issued.
